10 YEAR WARRANTY
YEARAN’S Warranty Policy
Effective August 2023
Products that are eligible for this warranty policy will be prominently displayed by YEARAN. Any products without this logo will be warranted in accordance with national regulations or contractual requirements.
Yearan guarantees that its products are free from faulty materials and workmanship. If any defective parts are found, we will repair or replace them according to our discretion. Please note that this warranty does not include any costs for labour or shipping. This warranty does not apply to any cosmetic items, any externally damaged or broken product, or to any product that has been incorrectly installed.
Any product that has been subject to misuse, abnormal use, or handling and any modified or repaired product, excluding manufacturer’s parts, cannot be claimed under warranty.
All warranty claims need to be processed through an authorized dealer/distributor, and proof of purchase must be provided. The warranty is transferable, and it starts from the date of the original purchase, as displayed below:

Warranty Coverage and Imitations.
YEARAN’s irrigation systems are crafted and produced to ensure years of dependable operation if installed and operated according to YEARAN’s instructions and suggestions. Nevertheless, the possibility of incorrect installation, adjustments and misuse of the products remains. As a result, the warranty will be limited in the following manner:
This warranty is limited and excludes appearance items as well as products that have been misused, abused, subject to abnormal service or handling, or involved in accidents due to negligence. Additionally, it excludes products that are installed and/or used in a manner contrary to YEARAN’s installation and use instructions. The limited guarantee will not apply to any item which has been externally damaged or defaced, or which has been worked on, changed, or modified by anyone other than YEARAN in a way that, in YEARAN’s view, negatively impacts the item’s performance, effectiveness, strength, or intended purpose. It will also not be valid for any item which has been damaged as a result of the removal of parts, adjustments, or use of parts or accessories not produced or approved by YEARAN.

The voltage across all YEARAN products is 36V. This value guarantees not only reliable heating components but also utmost safety for both animals and users.

The primary focus when designing YEARAN products is to ensure that animals have sufficient access to water. Therefore, we have streamlined the structure of our products and created an ultra high flow water intake system to optimize this.
Materials are approved by the FDA as food grade
All of YEARAN’s raw materials have undergone FDA food-grade certification, plasticizer testing, and heavy metal testing to ensure the animals’ absolute health.
-40℃ low temperature test passed
YEARAN’s products have successfully passed the -40°C impact test to guarantee high strength and low-temperature resistance. This feature guarantees the durability of the sinks even in severe environments.
